Refund policy

At Only Threads, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for sizing issues and must be for the same design as originally purchased.

 

Exchange Process

Exchange requests must be placed within 5 days from the date of delivery.

You can initiate an exchange via the ‘Return or Exchange’ option in the footer of our website or directly through this link: Exchange Portal.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 1-3 business days.

• For any exchange the customer has to pay ₹180 for the shipment charges. 

The returned product typically reaches us within 6-7 days. After inspection, we will process the exchange within 2-3 days, provided all conditions are met.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will provide the best possible alternative or issue a store credit.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

Be unused and undamaged.

Be returned in its original packaging with all original tags.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take strict quality control measures, but in rare cases, if:

The item is damaged during transit,

There is a manufacturing defect, or

A wrong item is delivered,


We will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the exchange request is made within the stipulated time.
