Processing and Dispatch Times
Orders are processed with in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress in real-time.
Shipping Within India
Shipping Within India : Available on all orders across India.
Delivery Time : Typically 4-5 business days from dispatch.
We ship through reliable courier services such as
FedEx and Aramex for international orders.
Customs Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country. These fees are not included in Only Threads prices.
Delivery Attempts and Unserviceable Areas
Our courier partners will make
two delivery attempts
. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange for redelivery or a refund (please note that international shipping costs are non-refundable).
.In rare cases, certain pincodes may be unserviceable. If your pincode falls under this category, we will notify you promptly and cancel the order with a full refund.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your package in real-time and stay updated on the expected delivery date.
In-Store Pickup and Local Delivery
In-Store Pickup : Available for Store residents. Orders will be ready within 24 hours, and we will notify you when it’s available for collection.
